2.1 In compliance with Malaysian law, you must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol from Vinul Wines.
2.2 We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification to verify your age before fulfilling an order.
2.3 Supplying alcohol to persons under 21 is an offence. We will refuse or cancel any order if age verification fails.
3. Responsible Consumption
3.1 We promote responsible enjoyment of wine. Please drink in moderation.
3.2 Vinul Wines is not responsible for any health, legal, or safety issues arising from misuse or excessive consumption of alcohol.
4. Product Information
4.1 While we take care to ensure product descriptions, tasting notes, and images are accurate, they are for illustrative purposes only.
4.2 Packaging and vintages may vary from images shown, depending on availability from the winery.
5. Website Use
5.1 You agree not to misuse the Vinul Wines website, including attempting to hack, scrape, or copy its contents for commercial purposes without permission.
5.2 All content on the website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Vinul Wines and may not be reproduced without written consent.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 Vinul Wines is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Placing Your Order
9.1 All wine selections are subject to availability. Your order will be considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from Vinul Wines.
9.2 We may decline or cancel an order if:
Payment is unsuccessful.
There is an error in pricing or product details.
You do not meet the legal drinking age of 21 years.
The product is no longer in stock.
9.3 For larger or premium orders, we may require proof of identity, age, or additional confirmation before dispatching.
10. Prices & Payment
10.1 Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include SST unless noted otherwise.
10.2 If there is any discrepancy in pricing after you place your order, we will inform you before processing continues.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to food safety regulations, all wines sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we do allow product exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange is only allowed if:

Items are returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
12. Promotional Offers & Vouchers
12.1 Promotional vouchers or discount codes are for one-time use only and must meet the specific criteria mentioned in the promotion.
12.2 We cannot honour vouchers that are expired, altered, or used outside their stated conditions.
13. Delivery & Risk
13.1 We strive to deliver your wines within the estimated timeframe, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
13.2 If certain items in your order are unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund.
13.3 The risk of loss or damage to the wines passes to you once delivery is made. Ownership transfers only when payment is received in full.
13.4 Any issues such as wrong items, missing bottles, or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for us to assist.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 We are not liable for loss of income, enjoyment, data, or any other indirect damages.
14.2 Our maximum liability is capped at three times the value of the affected wines.
15 Updates to These Terms
15.1 Vinul Wines reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sale when necessary. Continued use of our services or placing new orders after updates means you accept the revised terms.
