1. Delivery Areas & Schedule
We currently deliver across West Malaysia and are working on reinstating services to East Malaysia soon.
West Malaysia Shipping (Peninsular Malaysia)

RM15 – Standard Delivery within Klang Valley

FREE Klang Valley Delivery for orders above RM200

RM20 – Standard Outstation Delivery

FREE Outstation Delivery for orders above RM600
✅ Order before 2 PM for next working day delivery (Klang Valley only).
❌ Excludes Sabak Bernam, Gombak, Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat, and Sepang.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

2. Delivery Timelines

Klang Valley: 1–2 working days

West Malaysia (Outstation): 2–3 working days

East Malaysia: 3–5 working days (when service resumes)

3. Shipping Charges & Order Fulfilment

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and/or location.

For bulk orders or corporate purchases, additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.

Every order is packed securely by our fulfilment team to ensure quality delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you have not received your tracking details within 1 working day of your order, please contact us at +6012 248 3333 with your order number.
5. Changing Order or Shipping Details
To amend shipping details (e.g., wrong address or contact number), please contact us immediately at +6012 248 3333.
We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order is processed.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to food safety regulations, all wines sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we do allow product exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange is only allowed if:

The product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or faulty upon arrival.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Items are returned unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To request an exchange:

Attach a photo of the item(s) showing the issue and include your order number

Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered.
