Academia Viorica

Academia Viorica was obtained following the technology of red wine production but using white grapes. The result speaks for itself - an intense gold wine with hints of amber and a stunning aroma of citrus, bergamot, candied fruit, apricot jam and jasmine. At the first glance, the taste is exuberantly juicy, yet tannic, which gradually evolves into a floral aftertaste with hints of honeysuckle.
